Improves Your Golf Back Swing

Trying this simple golf stretch improves your golf back swing.Lie down on a mat and extend your legs in front of you.Raise one leg and bend at knee trying for 90 degree angle from knee and hip.Crossing that leg over extended leg, keep your opposite shoulder on the mat Feel slight pull in lower back and buttock.Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on opposite side.

I found doing this simple flexibility exercise on a daily basis releases tension and pain in my lower back which ultimately improves my complete back swing. Now, skipping these exercises for a week not only did I notice problems in my back swing but my back pain returned. As all golfers know, you can’t make a proper golf swing with tension or aching back.
